  Great blend of Merlot and Agiorgitiko from a well known Greek vineyard. I had this in my cellar for some years now and was happy to find out it aged well. Nose was mainly Merlot oriented with spice hints & smooth barique notes. Body was fairly lean, tannic with gentle acidity delivering progressively an interesting palette of flavors. It paired excellently with Sunday steak. Finish lasted without too much tartness. I really enjoyed it. I think it could age a year or two more but not too much more.

  Another gorgeous red from Biblia Chora, Merlot about 85% the rest is Agiorgityko grape, it needed 1 hrs in decanter to open that seductive fresh plums character, it is fruity, juicy wine but in such a controlled manner that makes it a star on the dinner table.
