  Opened for 55 min inside the cellar then double decanted for 55 min and placed a quick 5 min inside the fridge before leaving to the restaurant to start drinking about 40 min later in a 2 hour span…
  
  The wine is a classic big and bold Napa Cabernet with finesse and class. Long and thick legs, massive attack of round tannins, dark fruits, flowers and nice complexity at this stage. The finish is solid.
  
  I can see this wine gaining deep and complexity in the next 2-4 years and then shine for at least 10+.

  Pop and pour. Silky, viscous Philippe Melka club selection with soft, pure blue and black fruit, dreamy acid, mocha earth that intensified with air. Just a lovely, special wine.
