The initial taste was all right there - crunchy acids, a touch of oak, a touch of fruit and then minerality. But overall it kinda failed to thrill, even with me putting in effort.

Boulder Burgundy Festival 2019 with Adam M ~ Salty. Citrus and Notes of watermelon rind and some soft cheese, like aged butter maybe.

Light Chablis and very refreshing. Pleasant and easy to drink. Pineapple and green apple well balanced throughout. Medium acid to give it interest.
