  A really pretty Gevrey. Needed a good deal of air to let some of the reduction blow away, but this is all about florals and pure red fruit. Touch of earth here and there, some hints of balsamic, and bits of cured meat melded well with the crystalline red fruit flavors. A steal at $40.
