Medium nose shows dark fruit, herbal tones, black plum, espresso, blueberry. Palate is solid, black plums, graphite, acidity better than most Napa, tannins medium. Solid but not exciting.

On the lighter side for a cab, both in color and body. Not my preferred style, but I do like it. I’d have preferred it served slightly colder than the room temp it was served at in SF Uncork’d in SFO Terminal 3.

Medium body and tannins, flavors changed over time after opening and with food - licorice, plum, vegetal and some tea flavors with moderate finish.

Excellent and typical Alexander Valley. Dark fruit in a round package, very slight hint of green. $100 restaurant = decent qpr and much pleasure.

Still a little young...should benefit from a year in the cellar. The '13 & '14 are better at this point. Still a good deal at $30
