PnP on a lake weekend with friends
-color: shades of ruby
-body:very light in body
-aroma: ripe cranberry but not the tartness and rapsberry, cherry cordial with even a little chocolate note
-palate:cranberry skin tartness, cherry and a touch of raspberry. Acidity is medium to medium plus and tannins are medium as well.
This was a structured Morgon that was food friendly to the point of playing well with salmon and creamy pesto pasta.
