I’ve been less enthusiastic about RF Pinot Noir than their other red wines in the past, but this is really good. It definitely needs air though. It starts off with strong funky, barnyard notes on the nose, but those faded into the background after an hour in the decanter, replaced by plum and baking spices aromas that persist on the palate. It’s definitely a PN flavor profile but is dark and rich, showing its warm-weather roots. Very enjoyable if you like this style.

Day 2, a little better, but even though solid color, nose was weak. Not my favorite Pinot

Really nice. Quite smooth with a hint of cola. Better day 2. May be underrating.
