  Really nice flavor profile but falls apart on the mid palate and lacks the body needed for a Cab.

  The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, gooseberry and raspberry.
  It tastes like cranberry, blackberry, mineral and light toast. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
