  A gift from a colleague that traveled to Turkey. No English on the label, so was a mystery waiting to be uncorked. Brighter, piquant type of red. Slight magenta coloring. Served against some red sauce lasagna, fruit a bit heady to be a great match but did ok. Would have been a better match to something grilled. Wine got less intense with air, softened a bit. Fine table wine, ready noww, so to you other 2-3 other people in the CT world with this wine in your cellars, enjoy!

  Bright crimson with purple highlights. Lively nose featuring sour cherry and blackberry aromas along with kirsch and bitter chocolate and a floral edge like violets. Youthful and generously fruited with purity and concentration. Chewy with well tamed tannins ending with a long, fruit laden aftertaste.
