Light to medium salmon color. Deliciously rich texture, much weightier than it looks. Nose and palate have minerals,florals, strawberry and a touch of spice. Nice long finish. The richness of the texture is most notable on this.

Nose of sea air, strawberries, and orange candy. Generous dose of deep refreshing fruit on the palate with a nice cleansing finish. Lovely balance. 50 + 16 + 16 + 8 = 90

Enjoyed at a wine dinner at Ristorante Fiorino in Summit, NJ with Maddalena Pasqua Di Bisceglie, daughter of owner and founder Emilio Pasqua Di Bisceglie. Maddalena manages the estate and is the driving force behind their biodynamic approach. Early in her career she spent some time apprenticing with Guiseppe Quintarelli. This Corvina Rosé is delicious, light fragrant, and floral. The fruit is mostly strawberry and raspberry along with some minerality. It was very nice with a shrimp and cannellini bean dish.
