  golden yellow colour, smells of tart honey and lovage, very full body, has quite a lot of residual sugar (but without being sweet), not much acidity left, in the mouth honey, in the aftertaste honey and lovage, good length (15 sec), good Riesling, probably a Spätlese although the label doesn't say so.
