  Six hour decant. Deep dark ruby magenta color. Cranberry, cinnamon, ripe raspberry, cherry, daisies and petroleum jelly on the deeply fruited nose (more red than black/blue). Smooth, velvety, mouth filling palate, with good acidity and subtle espresso. Full, round tannins on the medium long finish. This is a very sophisticated, if not necessarily elegant, Cabernet Sauvignon.

  Wow, this was unexpected. I grabbed this for the laziest of reasons while watching latest Star Wars movie, but glad I did. Double decanted. Certainly young, but showing great form now. Smells like a damp Napa cave. Vanilla jumps out on the palate. Big, but well rounded and smooth. Extraordinary wine.
