An easy going surprisingly and pleasantly soft brut nature produced from a blend of 40% Xarello, 20% Macabeu and 20% Parellada. Straw yellow colour, fine mousse. Delicate aroma of toast, nuts, dried apricots, hints of brioche. Palate is dry but not sharp or steely, feels soft and fresh with brioche and dried stone fruit flavours, nutty touches at the finish.

Impressively full and toasty for a cava. Blood orange, caramel. Medium acidity and light body point to cava, as well as the green/metallic/terpenic quality on the mid palate. But overall very good. Can’t remember the price. I’d say good deal up to $20.

Straw yellow colour. Apples and pears on the nose. Taste of apples, pears and yellow stone fruits. Large bubbles with a dry finish. Goes well as an aperitif.

Undeniably delicious! Lovely toasty, biscuity nose, super length and body, fine mousse, long-lasting fruity lemony, appley, nutty flavours. Perfect cava blend of 40% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeu, 20% Parellada. Balanced, elegant, impressively long and generous.
