  60% Merlot and 40% Cab Sauv. Vignalta did not make their more expensive Gemola blend in 2002 and instead used the Gemola grapes to make this Colli Euganei Riserva. Medium ruby in appearance with a good perfume of sweet cherry, violets and some spice. Nice mouth of medium tannins and some nice fruit of red berries and plums. A good QPR wine.
