Paso CF??? Ripe red fruits, green vegetables including some - but not a ton -of green bell pepper. Some spice. Medium bodied with medium tannins. This was really good!

This 2015 cab franc made us feel both warm and cozy, luxurious and a bit spoiled, intrigued, and satisfied. This wine had something to say. We got strawberry seeds, leather, and vanilla bean on the nose, a velvety round palate with black fruit, leather, and spice. Complex yet still fresh, with a very long finish. Paired perfectly with pork tenderloin, but the balanced acidity makes it an easy wine to pair.
