Nothing not to like here. Nice mousse, effusive bubbles. Crisp, vivacious, refreshing. It pairs with just about anything, salad, NY Strip, charcuterie, aged cheeses, fruits, etc.

Retail $12. Extra Dry. 100% Glera. Over the past few weeks, I have been rather spoiled as I have been going through several bottles of Prosecco Superiore, and these past few days I have back-slid a bit to a half-dozen of the DOC level wines. This wine is perfectly fine and what one would expect from an Extra Dry Prosecco. Decent fruit, some salinity, nice acidity, just not overloaded with character. For right around ten bucks? There are worse out there.
Great cheese and wine pairing with some Brie. Strong bubbles on the pour with a light greenish yellow. A bit tight on the nose with some white flowers and green apples. Light acidity (4.5/10) and light bodied. Notes of minerality, honeysuckle and yellow fruits on the palate. Medium length finish. Drink now.

Expressive pearl drop nose, quite sweet pear drop, pretty poor.

Good alternative to La Marca. Solid mimosa sparkling wine.
