I understand the variety of tasting notes. I had a sip about 30 minutes after pouring while grilling a steak. I got nothing! While eating a grilled ribeye it was quite tasty although lacking in distinct fruit flavors. Finishing my glass after the meal was gone, it again had no redeeming qualities. I have one more bottle in may cellar and not quite sure when I should drink it.

At home, another of my "forgotten bottles". This one bought in the early 00s and in my cellar since. Poured through vinituri, drank over 2 hours
Core purple color, bricking/brown at the edges. Nose was a bit or baryard at the outset, evolved into old furniture and red fruits. Plate of old cherry and plum. Dusted fruits through the mid palate, slightly sour, medium finish. Decent texture once it opened (about 60 minutes in).
This is past its prime, no doubt, but was still OK to drink. My experience not as harsh as some of the other CT reviewers...

Initially a 88, improving gradually in the first four hours. After day 3 it is open, smooth and definitively a 90 points wine.
