This definitely needed a little time. It’s drinking really well right now. Currants, place pepper, Chinese 5 spice, and plenty of structure. I’ll give the rest a few months, but probably not too much longer.

At first pour dark red fruit. Plum , blueberry, currant. First taste is pepper, plum, blueberries, pomegranate, and leathery notes. Strong legs, dark red mahogany color.
A day after opening the nose hasn't changed much. The taste seems to have switched to alcohol, and grass
Two days into it still strong on alchohol, peppery spice, and black current and elderberry. Grassy, dirty notes.
