Pale lemon in the glass. Sweet aromas of ripe pear, yellow apple, vanilla, brioche, lemon curd. Palate is quite light without much depth and a pretty short finish. Acid seems to be struggling under the foamy mousse that's quite thick. Ok at the price, but pay $20 more and you'll be drinking excellent Champagne.

Oinoscent Group Tasting (Oinoscent): Tasted at Oinoscent during group blind tasting The wine is a blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeu, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir The wine shows medium intensity in the nose, yeasty, citrus notes with some lemon and grapefruit. In the palate the wine feels “strange”, low intensity of flavors, faint citrus, lemon, pear, melon with short finish. The carbonation feels fake more foamy, disappears quickly.
