Funny when an orange wine is so damn orange, pale amber color, and it has dried orange peel jam with ginger as its main aroma. Rabid acidity, sticky and abrasive tannin, and with a tiny hint of bitterness in the aftertaste.
A refreshing drink in 30°+ heat, when my brain melts in bare five minutes. Will pair it with cold watermelon in a short while.
Interesting attempt at orange from Fred Loimer, this Achtung! series has accentuated acidity as its driving force, Traminer more amber than Muscateller
