  This rose is delicious and intense. The color is a medium dark rose. The taste is lucious.

  I brought this Rosè to our tasting group that meets every few weeks. We were blind tasting Rosès from all over the world to get a better understanding of the Rosè process. This wine ended up winning the blind tasting, but most of us came to the conclusion that we liked the wine because it was different than all of the other Rosès and had some qualities of our vavorite varietals. If we had to choose a Rosè that was perfect for a hot summer day, this wine would not have won. The nose was very ripe of strawberries and some thought it was a bit overripe. The taste was the most rich of the bunch, but not overly sweet, with a more suruppy and wet consistancy (most of the wines we tasted were very dry). The finish was smooth, making this wine enjoyable.
