Vanilla, cream, lemon, oak in the nose. Spicy mouthfeel, full body- round. Californian, well made, typical. Flavors of grilled pineapple, apple, cream, and vanilla. Ready to drink now.

Nice, very classic, West Coast chard. A little woody if you like an oaky chard (I would've loved as well, a couple of years ago). I didn't give alot of thought beyond that as it's started on 2nd ferment, so guessing there's been some heat stress. But, a well kept bottle of this I imagined is lovely.
