Absolutely delicious, from one who is often disappointed in Chardonnay. Refreshing, crisp citrus balanced by the roundness of the Oak. This wine has a long way to go & should only get better for several years

Very impressive Chardonnay for Virginia. Aromas of tropical fruit, tangy pineapple on the palate balanced by refreshing acidity. Very slight toasty vanilla aspect from the oak rounds the flavor but doesn’t mask the fruit. Blind taste it could pass for a burgundy if it only had more minerality. Had it with pasta in a mushroom cream sauce and they paired extremely well.
