  Rhone Dinner (Bobo): Last wine of the dinner and odd to be going back to white, but came across this bottle late. Another favorite producer and one of my favorites of the night. Gonon blanc with bottle age is a thing of beauty for me. The complexity that develops is really compelling. Honey, orchard fruit, and stoney minerals reveal themselves in layers and the finish just lingers. The trick is to keep your hands off until they can get to be this age. Thanks to whomever brought this bottle to the dinner!
