Prononuced and evolving aromas of honeyed fruits (Green apple, lemon and peach), honey, baking spcie and lanolin. Not tired in any way for a 7 year old white.
Medium plus body with lots of similar flavor characteristics with the tell tale oxidized notes that one expects with this cuvee.
The finish is medium plus, savory and delicious. Drink now or roll the dice and hold another 5 years or so to (hopefully) gain complexity.

Well made, quite neutral Viura. Freshness, acidity and a good hint of wood are there but I can see nothing special here, certainly nothing that would qualify the pricetag around 20 EU in Europe.
