A crazy amount of lush pineapple, tropical fruit and oak. Enjoyable as an oddity, but wouldn't want a steady diet of this. Not sure what the label's "Cellar Selection" designation is all about, guessing the regular Walt (Sonoma Coast designated) Chardonnay packaged/intended for restaurant distribution.

Some quality material and good things going on, but just drowning in oak. Rich and some sugar. But just so much new oak.

Rich and smooth citrus and vanilla taste upfront. Buttery and mellow mouthfeel with a slight caramel finish.

Lemon and popcorn aromas. Some clove to the palate. Bob’s Ranch (estate site) is the backbone to this.

Great lemon vanilla nose and taste. Creamy, smooth and long lingering finish. Perfect pairing with our salmon dinner.
