Color: Medium yellow. Nose: Pineapple, wet stone, gasoline. Mouth: More on the mineral and less on the fruit side. At first I thought it was not super expressive but this is a sneaky one. There is a seamless transition into a very long finish. Very elegant. High class acidity. Only 11.0 % and bone-dry!

Dry German Riesling Tasting (Reno, NV): aromatic again… floral pear and stoney minerality. dry on the palate, little less cru like, tense on the mid palate, some phenolic grip at the end than most of them. i put this in the hessen and was wrong. balance + length +1/2 intensity +1/2 complexity 1/2. this wine was a bit less serious and a bit less balanced than the other wines. this wine got one vote for wine of the night.
