Again, I followed this bottle for 24+ hours open and even more than the first, it truly showed as a wine of class and promise and I would definitely rebuy if I could. Clear and sound, medium ruby color with no sediment. The bouquet sheds the bell pepper with air and leaves behind an enticing aroma of baked blackberry pie and perfume. The palate has gained a savory quality and it also accelerated as the wine was aerated. By the last glass, there was enough distinction and gravitas to even say that the wine was showing its terroir! Honestly, I think Trinity Hill has something great here. 5+12+18+8= 93

Medium ruby color, raspberry, blueberry, even some floral rose. Palate is very bright red with some tannins for a long finish.

Similar to prior bottle. A little thin and weedy. Nice aromatics but lacking a little in the finish.

A little green and muted and on the lighter side. Crisp peppery red and blackcurrant on the palate with a little tannin and acidity on the finish.
Revisited after a day or so in bottle - did not improve, fruit still a little thin, nice peppery finish - but would downgrade to 88.
