Chardonnay from natural farming, aged on the lees and bottled unfiltered and without sulphite, 12% vol.
Restaurant Le Vivant. PnP, needs some minutes to open. On the nose it starts with ripe apples and yeasty notes, gets pears and a suggestion of petrol with more air, on the palate medium acidity, creamy and medium to long finish with a slightly tannic grip, somehow similar to a red wine.
Interesting wine, give it a bit air and don't cool to much, best at 14 to 16°C, drink within the next couple of years.

Salted Popcorn, flint and lemon zest on the nose. Palate with a complex balance of flavors, among them fresh bread, butter, honey, lemon, ripe apple and fragrant herbs like basil as well as a touch of smokiness. Really nice!
