  Pale lemon colour.
  Nose: medium intensity with aromas of rose, lemon, peach, butter and smoke.
  Palate: Off-dry with medium(+) acidity, medium(+) body, medium flavour intensity and aromas of elderflower, pear, lemon, butter and smoke. Medium finish.

  Gourmetklubbens trettiosjätte middag: Tema: Inspiration från havet (Södermalm): Youthful nose showing green crisp apples and palate is fresh of green apples and citrus notes.
