PetNat style bubbles from Grüner Veltliner and Zweigelt grapes; spontaneous fermentation in used oak barrels. Second fermentation in the bottle with added grape most (hence not a PetNat by definition).
Really fresh and light (10.5 % ABV) sparkling wine with some apple cider, grapefruit, yeast and buckthorn. Nice!

Lightly cloudy straw yellow, just like I would except. The Nose is mosty and yeasty with notes which reminds me personally more of some IPA beers and ciders than actual wines. On the palate has a nice vibrant acidity with a granny smith like feeling to it. No complexity, open it and drink it, simple as that. Short finish. Definitely funky stuff! For me a nice product, I still wouldn't consider those Pet Nats, wines themselves, actually more a "from fermented grape juice made alkoholic drink"....probably it is even the idea behind them 😆, but I still prefer a Champagne, Franciacorta or Cremant to it

Champagne style sparkling wines, tasted blind: First time I am having an Austrian Natural Sparkling wine. In summary this tastes like a blend of 33/33/33 apple cider, Champagne, dry white. Aromas of apple cider, pear, herbs, citrus, some flowers. Light (10.5% Alc) but not thin on the palate, refreshing. I could see this working as a summer drink with BBQ.

Very nice. Light, minerally, refreshing with just a bit of funk.

Austrian Wine Masterclass - The Art of Wine; Down to Earth; 6/24/2021-6/29/2021 (Praelum Wine Bistro): Pale cloudy lemon, with very mild beads. Lemon barley aromas, while the flavours get nutty, with the little kick from the fizz, acidic, and slight skin-contact tannins, and briny. Finish seems tannin-driven
