  I was planning to hold this another decade but discovered earlier today some fresh seeping and decided to open it. Absolutely delicious and young. Bright, juicy, broad acid gives this body and verve and lines up a cornucopia of sappy poached stone fruit, honeyed tropics, vanilla and baking slices, and deep smoky stony minerality. I hope I can find another to drink in the 2030s, but I’m not disappointed about having to open it now.
