Grey pear, pineapple, lime and yellow apple. White flowers and salinity. Creamy oak feel and flinty reruction. Pretty light in texture and fresh despite the acidity not feeling very prominent. Feels perhaps a little more like a well made wine than a wine of terroir, but delicious none the less!

Tasted blind – Slightly stinky reduction initially. An energetic bouquet of freshly squeezed lime, gooseberry and hints of gunflint. Very clean and structured with a creamy nose, very high acidity. Chardonnay? 2014? Meursault? (82/100)
