  Intense lemon peel and white grapefruit, austere "minerality" of almost Muscadet-like oceany aromas, white floral notes (elderflower?) in the background, faint honey-comb. Palate follows, searing lemon peel, high acidity, saline finish, refreshing and long but very closed-up. Structure-dominated and too fresh now, but would expect to open up to the floral & honey characters.
