A "wow" color! Perlage is rich and generous. Dried fruits, salted butter, mandarin peel, apricot jam, lightly roasted almonds, pepper and nutmeg. In the mouth it has a beautiful vitality, with the perlage caressing the palate. Slightly savoury, with notes of freshly baked butter biscuits.

Complex nose evolving during the evening and getting an extra benefit from the raising of the temperature.
The mouth is lovely: fine perlage, very good acidity, flesh tnaks to the meunier and classy
