  Palate shows lively effervescence and minerality. Opens with light, crisp acidity. Mid-palate is soft, almost creamy. Mild flavours of peeled apple and honeydew melon, with a hint of jasmine. Everything about this wine is low-key (some might find it boring), but very pleasant and well-balanced; I was quite impressed with it.
