Big bubbles but surprisingly long lasting, on the nose brioche and shy red berry fruit, on the palate dry, fresh and linear, finish shows medium length, precise, not bad at all but a bit simple.
Not much difference compared to the bottle from the same lot 3 years ago.
Looking at the price point, this gets more and more crazy with Champagne, this might be OK for the prestige wines, but 60€ or more for basic bottlings (even if it is labelled as Grand Cru)? In Jura, I get for the same price 3 or 4 bottles of similar quality.

Rose gold complexion with powerful effervescence leading to aromas of green apples, pear and orange zest. The palate is smooth with a hint of ginger in the middle. It’s coats your mouth with a buttery complexion ending with a hearty finish.

Retail $65. 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. Well, we are getting down to the last bottles of this wine, which we loved so much that we named our dog "Mailly Grand Cru Rosé". I'm not kidding, that's her name. But. While this wine remains solid, it has now soared to close to $60 at Total Wine. It is certainly Excellent, even Outstanding, but at that price? There are several options available online that compete certainly in price (close to half) and quality. So we will likely only buy a few bottles of this every now and again, for semi-special occasions. Like tonight. My wife is scheduled for surgery this week and this is the last night she will be able to drink for a while. And she chose this as her "last bottle" if you will. Still solid, with similar notes, sorry to see this one go... 92 Points.

Eye: Lovely mousse. Loads of consistent rapid small bubbles. Copper-amber center to a pale salmon-pink rim.
Nose: Lemon zest, toast, nuts, peach, a touch of red apple.
Palate: Lively acidity. Citrus, peach, pear, cherry, strawberry. A little touch of rose water and sweet almonds on the very end.
Finish: Medium. Grapefruit peel, red fruit, toasted nuts.
Overall: a lovely house style rosé champagne.
