Just starting to come into a good drinking window, but will reward those who hold out another year or two. Justin wines can often be too high in alcohol and too fruit forward, but this offering is relatively restrained in these areas and can hold up to rich foods.

This is one of my favorite wines by Justin. I had this same bottle a year ago yesterday and this one did not disappoint. I did not decant this bottle like I did the last one which i would recommend. It opens up better with air so the alcohol can air out. On the nose is hints of cherries, nuts and maple syrup. Picked up hickory bacon and red twirlers too. The wet towel scent subsides with air. Tart, lip smacking and delicious. This bottle will hold up years to come

Medium to dark purple in the glass with good red and black fruit flavors. An enjoyable GSM blend that paired well with a smoked brisket. Recommend opening at least 1 1/2 hours before drinking.
