Packed with flavour, though needs a bit of breathing to reveal its true power. A tad ginger ale character, quite common on dry German, Alsace, Austrian rieslings, I hope it tones done with a bit more age.

Thai lunch (Ben and Estella's place, Parramatta): Stone fruit, peach, orange, slight lemon, mandarin. Juicy straying to medium plus intensity acidity, fleshy and generous with a little fattiness to the mid palate enhanced by a leesy burr. Similar flavour profile to the nose. Yum.
