-color: a golden straw yellow -aroma:apricot, lemon curd, a yeasty floral nature -palate:lemon and unripe stone fruit -body:medium -acidity: medium -finish: there's an initial lemon flourish on the palate that quickly tapers off into green, unripe flavors that thankfully don't linger too long.

Okay, second try since I had a decent Chardonnay before tasting this one. I close my eyes and try to clear my mind...
Very Pale straw look. Very green on the nose. Very unripe flavors. There might be a hint of butter on the nose, but it's still pretty harsh. If you like dry, then this will be a 90 wine for you and you like Lemons/Limes. If you like complexity and not mouth pucker, then this is going to fall short. I think it would really shine with food like Turkey Dinner on Thanksgiving. I would not drink this wine without food because it kind of pisses me off.
I tried this with Swiss cheese and it made the cheese taste better instead of the other way around. This is why I think it is a food only wine. It makes food better and not the other way around.

Not really impressive any way you look at it.
