  • A $22 Premier Cru from a producer I’ve never heard of, had low expectations going in, and in short, this was a decent, quaffable, summer patio wine. What it did do very well is present us with a mineral driven, sleek Chablis, with plenty of citrus on the nose and on the palate. A nice richness builds on the finish. If it just had a bit more intensity (or acidity) I would have been going back for more.
