I keep coming back to this special vintage of this bottling that stole my heart when I first tried it, seduced me into scouring the country for a few more bottles, and delivered as ethereally tonight as ever in the past. Only my third 100-point rating and very different from the other two. Smitten.
Note: one bottle in early 2021 required 2.5 hours in the decanter for the aromatics to line up.

Numinous, pretty, sensual, individual. Though it does straighten its collar early in the finish, slightly distancing itself for goodbyes.
Also I realized it reminds me of another beloved bottle, the 2014 Puffeney Poulsard M. They are both delicate complex in that mystical, undefinable way, but where the Puffeney is on a slower and more austere, granite trajectory this is more fun, and seductively expressive; snacky, wild, and floral.
I'm finding this difficult to score. It's sort of beyond score.

2017 Cru Beaujolais with a Few Slightly Older Wines: Very pale. Really stinky. Light, earthy, bizarre flavors of apple (???), short, harsh finish. Ruined by brett.

Watch out it has a bit of sediment.
