All of the comments in my prior review still apply. This next bottle also had a creamy texture. Fruit is still bright and vibrant. Gold color seemed a bit darker. Great wine!

This wine got mis-shelved in the cellar and forgotten, and it was a delightful surprise when we found it. We would seek this out for pairing with a firm white fish dish with a lot of flavor.

Good flavors of white wine, will leave the precision to the experts.
Relatively light body, moderately lively acidity, and not a lot drawing me in. Was slightly underpowered by my meal of bacon wrapped cod fish on rice in a delicious broth.
OK but I think I've had better Soave and have for sure had other white wines that were more interesting.

Weekly tasting group RWP #284: Volcanic wines (@ PvdV): Light yellow. Inviting bouquet with flowers and white fruits. On the palate white fruits like apples and pears, some anise, limestone minerals, good and fresh acidity and some bitterness in the finish.

Crisp white. Apples and pears. Hints of white flowers and minerals. Bracing acidity.
