Rheingau - visiting Leitz & Breuer (Rudesheim): {cork, 12.5%, €25} Only in bottle for 4 months, from 25-yo vines. Hard to find much here. Neutral & youthful. Lots of slatey qualities. Like licking greystones. It’s dry, but with a rich character. No really overt flavour, more a sense of restraint. Patience, young Jedi. Has medium acid & length of finish. Definitely needs a few years for proper judgement.
