Open the bottle and then don’t touch it for three days (or don’t open it for three years at least). Honestly the difference was amazing. When first opened it was astringent, taut and unforgiving with little complexity and no sign of the Semillon coming through. After three days it is lovely, softer and far more complex with lovely notes of the Semillon.

Quite interesting but I have enjoyed this label better previously. A bit sticky and a little oxidation tending to obscure some nice fruit.
