Brief tasting during a walk around of California Wineries, Montreal.
Good fruit concentration with crushed stones, a lot of power to this Chardonnay, you have to be a fan of not buttery but concentrated fruit like apricots and peaches

Nice, deep gold color. Nose of well integrated oak—yeasty bread with slight vanilla and coconut, along wit pineapple and apricot. Palate shows yeast from lees, pineapple and apricot with Meyer lemon. Very nice acidity and a somewhat sweet but mineral finish. Full mouth-feel. This could turn me into a believer in California “oaked” Chardonnay when done right.
