  South African wine tour - Day six (Hemel en Aarde Valley): Initially yeasty, cheesy lees over a little lemon citrus. With time the lees disperse and the fruit ripens showing more stone fruit. Juicy, stone fruit, cream, that leesy note here as well lending breadth and little funkiness to the rather spicy finish. Okay.

  Our first time tasting this wine was in the winery last october. It was then a fresch tappet wine as was very refreshing, and full of prommisses.
  Last night we had it our wineclub as a follower to Red Beet Cured Salmon. And later to Veal Saute.
  
  The wine has settled now. With a wonderful smell og white flowers, tropical notes and citrus. It was very good structured with a good strong boddy. And lots of carater to mach both the salmon with its pepperroot cream and the veal with veggis and dried tomatoes.
  Everybody gave this wine their ever best chardonnay ever tasted.
  It has power and acidity to match almost everything on the table fore many years foreward. Its a pleasure to follow this wine in the future.
