Apple, pear and crushed orchard fruit, vanilla and dark honey on the nose. Slight buttery note with rich mouthfeel of yellow fruits, yet balancing acidity, slightly reductive, almond and a burnt brioche note.
This paired really well with a pumpkin soup.

Snerper litt i finish.

Best on day 3 and 4, when the oak became a little bit less obtrusive. Initially, oak was too much for me. Noticeable reduction. Ridge Chards are just not for me, due to the prounounced oak. If I had more bottles, I would revisit in 2 more yrs.

Luscious, aggressively oaked-too much so but luxurious and wnjoyable despite the excess. Delicious with a winter potato soup

PnP. Fairly good and comparable to the previous time that I gave a longer oxygen exposure.
