Typically, C.S., Merlot, Tempranillo, & Zin vinified in temp controlled s/s tanks, then aged for 12-14 mos in FR oak barrels.
N: RIPE, JAMMY blk olive frt with undertones of flowers, poss smoke?
P: Med body; Nice, ALMOST swtish frt (threshold R.S., I'd suspect) met by an astringent pucker which loses the bulk of its bite as it evolves into a LONG, pleasant finish with a bitter/sweet choc (?) gloss to the few remaining dusty tannins. Nicely done for now & through '21, poss making its 10th. 13.5% ABV; My VG+/EXC-.
