Very smooth, concentrated and yummy. Couldn't really find anything wrong with it. Justin's friend Kyle brought for the wedding weekend. Also had the Privada which was maybe a tad dryer but very close. Need to find more.

Very pleasant fruity nose. Big and smooth palate. Essence of cedar, leather, cigar box with lingering round finish. Wish I had bought more. wonderful, reliable every night wine. Great value

Retail $20, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Carménère, 25% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc. A real kitchen sink blend of Bordeaux varieties from Apalta in the Colchagua Valley in Chile. Deep ruby/purple color with aromas of cassis, black raspberry, plum, earth, and some slight vegetal notes (green pepper, mint). The palate is quite fruity and rich with more than ample acidity, spice, and just a touch of heat (14$ ABV). For twenty bucks? Yeah, I can play that game. thedrunkencyclist.com

Tannins have integrated so it is drinking well now. It is, however, too sweet and fruity for my palate due to the Carmenere
